Tree House offers customized cooking classes in our spacious open kitchen, providing you or your group the opportunity to learn about and experience local New Mexico foods as well as culinary techniques and traditions from around the world.
All Tree House classes feature local and organic agricultural products, and many include the perspective of locals farmers. Topics and range from high-altitude baking to traditional Mexican tamales, to gluten-free and vegan baking techniques. Classes generally last approximately 3 hours and are always hands-on. All classes can be tailored for beginner and experienced cooks.
Prices begin at $55.00 per person for a minimum of 8 people.

Kids Classes
What child doesn't love cupcakes? Why not combine hands-on learning with fun for your child's next party?
Tree House can create a fun and interactive environment for up to 10 children between the ages of six and sixteen. Your group will learn about baking while making and decorating their own birthday cupcakes. Tree House will provide instruction, all ingredients, and pizza to enjoy while your cupcakes are baking.
